Role Overview

We’re looking for a brilliant Social & Content Lead who will own the end‑to‑end creation of organic short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your work will drive brand visibility and engagement by turning real Fetch moments into memorable videos that people watch, save, and share.

Responsibilities

- Own the short‑form content process: concept, script, shoot, edit, and post.
- Produce a feed worth following on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts that grows real engagement.
- Develop repeatable series and formats that compound rather than random posts.
- Maintain a trend radar to identify early opportunities, avoid dead trends, and propose twists.
- Deliver high‑quality hooks, openings, and variants that feed paid performance.
- Turn real Fetch moments into content that resonates with users.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of creating short‑form content in‑house, at an agency, or through a personal channel.




- Evidence of growing a channel with genuine engagement.
- Hands‑on experience shooting and editing (iPhone or mirrorless, CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Strong writing skills across hooks, scripts, and captions.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, and Claude.
- Bonus: personal audience or channel.

- Ability to spot when a hook is too slow or a trend is dead.
- Comfort shooting and editing productions independently.
