The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a Manager, Professional Practice to lead and advise on evidence-based correctional practice across Corrections. This ongoing, full-time VPS role sits at VPS Grade 5, with a salary of $116,413–$140,849 plus super.

You will drive staff capability, provide expert practice leadership, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, high-quality outcomes for people in custody.
