One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage candidates for below roles

- Contract Duration: 36 months + 12 months Extension
- Work Location: Canberra (Hybrid)
- Eligibility: Citizen (Baseline or above clearance candidates preferred) (candidate will undergo Department's NV1 before start)
- Working Hours: 7.5 hours a day/ 37.5 hours a week

List Of Roles:

Key duties and responsibilities

- Work together with Department's business users and system administrators to improve and optimise the implementation, use and management of ICT & business solutions.
- Collaborate with Department's staff to diagnose and resolve operational and technical problems.
- Actively engage with staff to leverage solution expertise and contribute positively to expanding the Department's knowledge base.
- Actively participate in software configuration planning and management.
- Actively alert Department's management to any design, build, testing and quality risks, assumptions and dependencies that may be identified.
- Produce overall system design / implementation documentation and relevant procedures / policies.
- Enforce and adhere to all levels of compliance in the ICT environment.
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other teams

- Maintains currency in information technology processes and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
- Establishes and maintains effective business relationships and professional networks.
- Contributes to and implements improved ICT practices and procedures.
- Provides mentoring, coaching and training.
- Works effectively in a small team environment, and wider Command setting.
- Remains accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements, shares own expertise with others and guides and mentors less experienced buyer employees; and
- Records and maintains files/information in accordance with buyer requirements.

- Microsoft endpoint management and device engineering
- SOE Design, build and automation
- Identity and access management integration
- Endpoint security hardening and compliance
- Enterprise integration and modern workplace technologies
