Position

Child and Adolescent Health Service – Perth Children’s Hospital – Nedlands WA

Salary: $114,816 - $124,147 a year

Hours: 60.80 hours per fortnight (0.8FTE)

Nature of appointment: Permanent Part Time

Job Summary

The Learning and Development Consultant will design, develop, facilitate, implement and evaluate learning and development strategies and initiatives that enhance workforce capability. The role focuses on facilitating workshops for staff across all areas of CAHS, either virtual or in‑person, covering topics such as corporate induction, safe and positive workplace behaviour, frontline leadership and personal growth and well‑being. The successful candidate will be a key member of the wider organisational development team and will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver tailored learning solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, facilitate, implement and evaluate learning and development strategies and initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops for staff across CAHS, virtual or in‑person.
- Focus topics: corporate induction, protected and positive workplace behaviour, frontline leadership, personal growth and well‑being.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver learning solutions.




- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
