Anticipated for November 2026, Blancpain will be opening its first Australian boutique in central Sydney, marking an exciting recent chapter for the brand. On the 2nd level of the boutique there will be a full operation Customer Service Centre for Prestige brands (Breguet, Blancpain and Glashütte Original).
- Diagnose, disassemble and fault-find mechanical watch movements
- Service, assemble, lubricate and regulate mechanical movements to brand specifications
- Restore cases, bracelets and components to a factory-quality finish
- Repair or replace worn and defective components
- Perform precision adjustments to balance wheels, hairsprings, escapements and gear trains
- Regulate movements to achieve chronometer-level accuracy and performance
- Remove, fit and align dials and hands with precision
- Conduct timing, magnetism and water resistance testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete all servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment and a clean, organised workspace
- Follow technical work instructions, standard operating procedures and quality processes
- Adhere to workplace health and safety requirements, reporting hazards and incidents promptly
