Clinical Nurse – Community Services – Maryborough

BlueCare is recruiting a Clinical Nurse to work in community services within the Maryborough and surrounding areas. This is a permanent part‑time role with remuneration of $59.43 – $60.70 per hour, superannuation included.

As a member of the Clinical Nursing Team, you will:
•Provide high‑quality patient care and lead and inspire the frontline nursing staff;
•Manage a client portfolio, developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing care plans;
•Conduct comprehensive and accurate assessments of residents;
•Assist with the orientation of new staff and facilitate ongoing professional development;
•Support the service in meeting all accreditation standards.

Qualifications

- Experienced clinician with considerable experience in acute or aged care environments
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration – Essential
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated clinical skills
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional Minimum) – Essential
- Licensed vehicle – road‑worthy and insured, suitable for work – Essential




- Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with leadership, support and mentorship abilities
- Previous community nursing experience and knowledge of community funding highly desirable
