Australia Pacific Group is seeking an energetic, organised, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Administrator to support the sales and marketing activities across our four hotel properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse role combining sales administration, customer relationship management, marketing coordination, social media management, and executive support. You will work closely with the Group General Manager and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, and play a key role in driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales performance.

About the Role

As our Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will serve as the central coordination point for sales and marketing activities across the hotel group. You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating marketing campaigns, monitoring online reputation, and supporting the day-to-day administration of the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales enquiries, quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer communications across multiple hotel properties.
- Maintain CRM systems, customer databases, sales records, and pipeline reporting.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support account management and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communications.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback, supporting reputation management initiatives.
- Assist with website content updates, digital marketing activities, and lead generation initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, agencies, and business partners to support sales and marketing objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the Group General Manager, including reporting, presentations, meeting coordination, and project assistance.




- Contribute to the growth of the hotel group through professional customer service, effective organisation, and proactive support of sales and marketing activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in administration, sales support, marketing, hospitality, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Social media content creation and management experience
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Experience within the hotel, tourism, hospitality, or accommodation industry
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles
- Experience with online review platforms and reputation management
- Graphic design or content creation experience
