Qualifications
- Law (LLB or Juris Doctor)
- Law combined with Commerce, Business, Economics or Public Policy
- Students interested in regulatory analysis, commercial law, transactions or compliance
Responsibilities
- Researching and interpreting legislation and regulatory requirements, particularly in tax and dispute-related matters
- Supporting tax compliance, controversy and dispute resolution work through legal and regulatory analysis
- Assisting with due diligence on transactions by identifying legal, tax and regulatory risks
- Helping assess governance, risk and control frameworks that support compliance and transparency
- Contributing legal insights to advisory, transformation or dispute-related projects
Your work may span industries such as financial services, government, infrastructure, energy and technology, giving you exposure to a wide range of clients while building strong commercial, research and advisory skills.
Work Environment
- For students in their final year of study in 2026 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work
