City of Rockingham is seeking a Swim School Team Leader at the Rockingham Aquatic Centre for the summer season. The role centers on developing the Swim School and guiding Swimming Teachers to operate effectively, with shifts mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You will supervise staff, ensure training and compliance with Learn to Swim guidelines, and help increase participation numbers. Qualifications include AustSwim, First Aid/CPR, WWC; NASCA/Lifeguard qualifications are
