In this role, you aren’t just stacking shelves, you are an experience creator. You’ll work alongside a driven, vibrant team to guide customers through our unique wellness and lifestyle ranges. If you thrive on connection, love a high-energy retail buzz, and are comfortable having open, professional, and descriptive discussions with customers about adult wellness products, you’ll flourish here.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver 110%: Bring top-tier customer service, deep product awareness, and tailored recommendations to help close the sale.
- Keep it Fresh: Assist with exciting visual merchandising execution, stock replenishment, and keeping the store looking fabulous.
- Learn & Share: Dive headfirst into our extensive product training and confidently share that unique knowledge with our community.

- The Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster across our extended trading hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- The Fine Print: Because of the adult nature of our unique wellness products, team members must be legally permitted to work in an 18+ environment.



A willingness to obtain a Police Check is also required.
