We are seeking an innovative and passionate Commis Chef to deliver a memorable experience in our dynamic 26 & Sunny cafe-style venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook and present high quality a la carte dishes to five-star standards




- Work collaboratively within a friendly, fast paced, skilled kitchen environment
- Support Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations and service delivery
- Maintain consistency, presentation and flavour across all dishes
- Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

About You

- Sound knowledge of the latest trends in the Industry
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality experience
- Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Creative with an eye for detail and a flair for presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Completed technical education in hospitality or culinary school
