Part‑time, permanent opportunity | 15‑20 hours per week

- Band 6: $50.93 - $55.57 per hour + 12% superannuation

Note: For the purpose of recruitment, this role has been advertised as Executive Assistant, however within the organisation the role is known as Executive Management Officer.

About the role

As the Executive Management Officer, you will provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance leadership team.

This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant, Executive Officer or administration professional with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

- Providing executive support to the CFO including diary, inbox and correspondence management.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, minutes and follow‑up actions.
- Managing highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion and integrity.
- Preparing and proofreading reports, presentations and other documents.
- Tracking actions and follow up on key tasks and deadlines.
- Supporting reporting, governance and administrative processes.
- Providing professional support to internal and external stakeholders.

About you

You are organised, proactive and have a strong attention to detail. You enjoy supporting others, can manage competing priorities and build positive working relationships. You work with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.

Skills and experience





- Degree or diploma in related administration or project management field with relevant experience OR lesser formal qualification and substantial experience in a comparable role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work within strict time limits, accurately and professionally in an efficient manner, despite conflicting timeframes whilst maintaining a solid attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling high quality correspondence, presentations and written material to be produced.
- Highly developed knowledge and an ability to display confidentiality and political astuteness.
