Your Role as a Registered Nurse
- Deliver secure, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations
- Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and elevate when required
- Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards
What You'll Need
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care ESSENTIAL
- Excellent clinical and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Valid Working Rights in Australia
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
