Who is Team Kids?

Team Kids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description

This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

BSC: 7am-9am
ASC: 3pm-6pm

The Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership?

As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.

The Successful Candidate

- Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential – we can train you!
- Thrives in a fast-paced workplace and still a big kid at heart!
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- You're a strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
- Energetic, enthusiastic,



and love to have fun!
- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
- As part of Team Kids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with Team Kids
