Mind Australia Limited is seeking a passionate LGBTIQA+ Youth Peer Worker to join our Parkville team on a permanent part‑time basis (30 hours per week).
Drawing on your lived experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges, you will provide authentic, recovery‑focused peer support to young people accessing the service. You will advocate for human rights, champion lived experience, and help clients achieve their recovery goals through mutuality and connection.
