Assistant Store Manager - Canberra Factory Outlet, ACT

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Canberra Factory Outlet on a FULL-TIME basis.

Responsibilities

- Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store setting.
- Being a role model and leading the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Guiding and training all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.




- Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Requirements

To be successful, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
