The Role

We'relookingforanexperiencedMicrosoft365/IntuneLead tojoinourgrowingtechnicalteam.Thisisatechnicalleadershiprolewhereyou'llownthedesign,architecture,implementation,andongoingoptimisationofmodernworkplacesolutionsforourpartnersandtheirclients.

Asthetechnicallead,you'llprovidestrategicdirectionacrossMicrosoft365,Intune,andEndUserComputing(EUC),ensuringsecure,scalable,andbest-practicesolutions.You'llworkcloselywithCloud,Network,andSecurityteams,leadcomplexcustomerengagements,mentorengineers,andactastheprimarytechnicalauthorityforMicrosoftModernWorkplacetechnologies.

ThisisanopportunitytotakeownershipoftheMicrosoftModernWorkplacepractice,influencetechnicalstrategy,mentorahigh-performingengineeringteam,anddeliverinnovativesolutionsforcustomersacrossawiderangeofindustries.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadthedesign,deployment,andlifecyclemanagementofMicrosoft365andMicrosoftIntuneenvironmentsacrossmultiplecustomerenvironments.
- ArchitectandimplementMicrosoftIntune,EndpointManager,WindowsAutopilot,ConditionalAccess,CompliancePolicies,andMicrosoftDefendersecuritysolutions.
- Leadlarge-scaleMicrosoft365migrationprojects,includingExchangeOnline,SharePointOnline,MicrosoftTeams,OneDrive,andhybridenvironments.
- ConfigureandmanageSharePointOnlinepermissionsandgovernancealignedwithclientsecurityandcompliancerequirements.
- DevelopautomationusingPowerShelltoimproveoperationalefficiency,deploymentconsistency,andservicedelivery.
- CollaboratewithCloud,Network,andCyberSecurityteamstodeliverintegratedinfrastructureandmodernworkplacesolutions.




- Leadtechnicalworkshops,architecturereviews,customeronboarding,andsolutiondesignsessions.

What You’ll Bring

- 8+years'experiencedesigning,implementing,andsupportingMicrosoft365andMicrosoftIntuneenvironments.
- ExtensiveexperienceleadingcomplexMicrosoft365migrationandIntunedeploymentprojects.
- StrongbackgroundinEndUserComputing(EUC),DigitalWorkplace,EndpointManagement,andCloudOperations.
- ProvenexperiencepackaginganddeployingWindowsapplicationsusingMicrosoftIntune.
- StrongunderstandingofZeroTrustarchitecture,identitymanagement,endpointsecurity,compliance,andgovernance.
- Excellentstakeholdermanagementskillswiththeabilitytoengagetechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences.

Desirable Certifications

- MicrosoftCertified:MS-102–Microsoft365AdministratorExpert
- MicrosoftSecuritycertifications(SC-300,SC-400,orequivalent)arehighlyregarded.
