In this role you will:

- Monitor and report on program and project performance,



identify savings opportunities and recommend corrective actions to optimise delivery outcomes.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of program and project management systems, methodologies, processes and reporting standards.
- Undertake project reviews and audits to ensure compliance, consistency and effective governance across program delivery.
- Provide high‑level strategic advice to senior leaders to support QTRIP development and alignment with government and departmental priorities.
- Coordinate the District Program Board and support informed decision‑making, planning and program governance.
- Build strong relationships and influence outcomes through technical expertise, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Requirements

- Current 'C' class driver's licence
- Ability to undergo a criminal history check
