Salary Range: $149,764 to $157,120 per annum pending experience + Super + Allowances

Responsibilities

- Lead strategic initiatives in student wellbeing, pastoral care, and inclusion.
- Foster a positive and supportive college culture where every student feels known and valued.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with students, staff, families, and the wider community.
- Mentor and support staff development, fostering a professional learning culture.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation using data‑informed practice to strengthen teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

Qualifications





- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Deep commitment to Catholic education and a commitment to teaching Religious Education.
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary pedagogy, curriculum design, and student wellbeing.
- Inclusive, values‑driven leadership demonstrated through practice and relationships.
- Authentic faith leadership as an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community.

Additional Requirements

- Full accreditation to teach Religious Education.
- Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
- Working with Children Check – Blue Card prior to employment.
