Job Description
Seeking a driven and motivated Assistant Store Manager/2IC to join our team at the Wynnum branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
- Providing a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention and development
- Assisting with inventory control
- Maintaining store standards and adhering to company policies, procedures and OH&S; compliance
- Supporting the Store Manager
- Leading and supporting your team
- Saturday mornings as required
Qualifications
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
- The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities and attention to detail
- OH&S; experience with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
- Current full driver’s licence
