- Support NDIS participants with personal care and daily living skills
- Assist with medication administration and documentation
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
- Support community participation and social inclusion
- Maintain transparent and compliant reporting

Shifts include days, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers across a 7-day roster.

About the Candidate

This role involves personal care, complex support needs,



medication administration and community participation. If you are confident and capable in your support services, we are looking for you!

- QLD Driver's License
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including sleepovers

Highly Regarded

- Experience with complex behaviours
- Experience implementing PBSPs and restrictive practices
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
