Service Desk Analysts support end users of IT systems and services. They are often the first point of contact and assist users and other support staff in resolving issues reported by users. They routinely provision recent IT services and equipment to users and manage faulty and obsolete end-user equipment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Work autonomously and seek out and complete assigned tasks.
- Provide customer‑service focused support.
- Be available to work out of hours, on a rotating on‑call roster.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and communicate clearly and concisely over the phone.
- Work reasonable overtime hours as directed by operational needs.
Good to Have
- Experience with on‑premise Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange/mailboxes/distribution lists, user profiles, Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, Office 365 and MS Teams.
- Experience with an ITSM solution, ticketing triage, incidents, requests, and escalation.
- Level 1/2 ICT troubleshooting experience and privileged user account experience.
