As part of the Trade Counter team in Karratha, you will help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and information about products in person and over the phone.
- Provide quotes.
- Pick, pack and manage stock control activities.
- Maintain branch cleanliness and safety.
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays with accurate information.
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
- Valid driver’s licence and flexible for various shifts, including weekends.
- A desire to develop a career locally or within the network or head office.
