Responsibilities

- Provide clinical care to residents.
- Conduct comprehensive, individual assessments and develop care plans for new and existing residents.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN‑ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
- Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers to promote a holistic team approach to resident care.

Qualifications

- Nursing Diploma.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
- Empathy and the ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors.
- Experience working in an aged care home.
