DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join a well‑established and highly regarded legal practice in South Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to further develop their career within a supportive and cooperative Wills & Estates team. Working with a diverse client base, you will manage a range of matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Interview clients and take detailed instructions
- Draft, review and amend a range of legal documents
- Manage wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives and estate administration matters
- Conduct legal research and provide practical advice to clients
- Maintain carriage of files and ensure matters progress efficiently
- Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, courts and external stakeholders
- Delegate work to support staff where appropriate
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and positive client outcomes
- Maintain accurate file management and time recording practices

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Minimum 2 years’ post‑admission experience in Wills & Estates
- Experience with simple and complex wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives and estate litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A client‑focused approach with strong relationship‑building skills
- Sound legal research and problem‑solving capabilities
