Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a Senior Recovery Partner to mentor Recovery Partners and coordinate with clinical staff at our Bentley site. You will drive person‑centred goals, support daily operations and ensure recovery‑oriented practices across shifts.

You will have a Cert IV in Mental Health or related qualifications, with experience leading staff and working with people experiencing mental health conditions. A rewarding, not‑for‑profit workplace awaits.
