Costing Clerk – VCV Gold Coast

You will be working Monday to Friday with hours approximately 7am‑3pm, however there is flexibility with start and finish times. Minimal overtime may be required, particularly at month‑end. Any overtime worked is paid at time and a half for the first three hours, and double time thereafter.

What You Will Do

- Handle customer service‑related queries
- Manage customer invoicing, purchase orders and warranty claim preparation
- Ensure receipting and system data input of all workshop invoices is correct and up to date
- Offer occasional support on the front counter, including answering calls, making bookings and creating job cards
- Manage warranty parts inventory for claims
- Create and manage vehicle service schedules for contract vehicles
- Work closely with workshop supervisors to ensure job quality, timeframes and warranty items




- Provide general administration support for the Administration Supervisor

Who are you?

- Experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry
- A head for numbers, comfortable in Excel and can pick up new computer programs easily
- Excellent communication skills
- A customer service attitude
- An eye for detail and great time management skills
- The ability to update or outline new processes and procedures
