Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, evidence-based, person‑centred care to older adults.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Support ongoing patient assessment, care planning, and management in a specialised hospital setting.
- Contribute to continuous learning, career development, and clinical excellence.
- Maintain meaningful patient relationships and improve quality of life for patients and families.
- Focus on patient safety and fall prevention.

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience or interest in acute aged care settings.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care to older patients.
- Robust communication skills, active listening, and collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
