About the Role

An opportunity is available for a Consultant in Emergency Medicine to deliver high-quality care across a busy emergency department, while taking an active role in clinical leadership, supervision, and teaching of junior medical staff. The position offers the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary workplace, managing a broad mix of acute and complex presentations alongside critical care services.





Responsibilities

Qualifications

- FACEM or assessed by ACEM as substantially comparable

Required Skills

- Willingness to supervise and teach advanced trainees, junior medical staff, and students
- Willingness to participate in on‑call roster

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a busy emergency department
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting

Pay range and compensation package

Total package of up to $430k, which includes:

- 12% Superannuation
