Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
- Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.
- Complete sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring new stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished.
- Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products and services.




- Contribute to a fun, supportive in‑store culture where the team loves coming to work each and every day.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset and commit to creating a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications

- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20 kg.
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays.
