In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Full lifecycle Project Management of utilities and civil infrastructure work
- Resourcing and program management to ensure critical program milestones are achieved
- Provide leadership and management that engages, motivates and inspires the delivery team to deliver high performance in an achievement‑driven culture
- Effective and qualified management of relationships with multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project life cycle
- Consistently producing and driving high‑quality outcomes, meeting both Fulton Hogan and client expectations.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience on construction projects in Horizontal Directional Drilling or heavy civil industries advantageous
- A successful track record of delivering safe construction projects on time and on budget
- Strong leadership skills and hands on attitude and experience in managing self‑perform field crews
- Experience with running multi‑disciplinary work fronts and capable of planning and executing a ramp up strategy
- Strong leadership skills and hands on aptitude
- Ability to travel metro and regionally from time to time as required
