The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing one of our restaurants, supporting an incredible team, and growing the FISHBOWL brand with us. You’ll lead Restaurant Supervisors and Mixers to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to your Operations Manager or Area Manager, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of your restaurant, working with Restaurant Team Members (Mixers) and Restaurant Supervisors to coordinate operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and manage financial performance.

- Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards
- Understand and act on key metrics (e.g., restaurant sales and costs) to enable future growth
- Manage all expected reporting, sales, and expenses




- Deliver superior customer service to every customer, every time
- Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety, and sanitation
- Supervise and coach team members to grow with us

The Interview Process

- Initial pre‑screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
- Second‑round interview – diving deeper into your experience and the scope of the role (45 min)
- In‑store trial with an Operations leader (2 hours)
- Final interview – wrap up of your trial and the role (1 hour)
