As the Manager Talent & Performance, you will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of talent and performance frameworks that support organisational growth and capability.

You’ll provide strategic oversight of talent management, succession planning, talent reviews, performance processes and retention initiatives, while leading a high-performing team and working closely with People & Culture stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Succession Planning

- Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of Talent Management frameworks, governance and processes.
- Drive enterprise-wide talent review and calibration activities.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to build leadership capability and workforce readiness.
- Identify talent risks, capability gaps and succession vulnerabilities, partnering with leaders to develop effective solutions.
- Utilise workforce data and talent insights to support strategic decision-making.

Performance Management

- Lead and optimise the organisation’s performance management framework and annual performance cycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback, coaching and development conversations.
- Ensure performance practices are consistent, transparent and aligned across the business.
- Support leaders in managing employee performance, development and growth.
- Oversee the effectiveness of talent and performance systems and tools.

Talent Retention & Workforce Insights

- Develop and implement targeted retention strategies for critical talent and key workforce segments.
- Analyse workforce trends, engagement and turnover data to identify risks and opportunities.




- Partner with leaders to address retention challenges and strengthen employee experience.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of retention initiatives to ensure business value.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent and Performance professionals.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders.
- Influence leaders to take a strategic, future-focused approach to talent and workforce planning.
- Drive collaboration across Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Business Partnering teams.

About You

You are a seasoned HR and Organisational Development professional with a strong track record of designing and delivering enterprise talent solutions within complex environments.

You’ll Bring

- Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- 7+ years’ experience designing and implementing Talent Management strategies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning and workforce capability development.
- Experience leading organisational change and influencing leaders at all levels.




- Strong project management and human-centred design capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- A strong passion for developing people, teams and organisational capability.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 7+ years’ experience designing and implementing Talent Management strategies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
