Trade Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales - Gyprock (Mile End, SA)

About the role

The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a Full‑time position, based in Mile End, SA. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist with customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In This Role You Will

- Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk‑in, email, and phone)
- Assist in the day‑to‑day activities within the store and within the warehouse.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
- Carry out warehouse duties while possessing a forklift licence.

The Store's standard operating hours are Monday to Friday: 6:30 am – 4 pm, Saturday 7:30 am‑11:30 am. A regular work week consists of 38 hours commencing at 6:30 am. Overtime may be required and will be paid in accordance with applicable provisions.
