Primary Connect is a critical end-to-end supply chain partner within the Woolworths Group, ensuring the safe supply of products to our retail brands, ecosystem partners and customers in Australia and New Zealand.
This is a permanent full‑time role based in Norwest with hybrid working arrangements. It provides an opportunity to build your career with Australia’s largest retail supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely and accurate data entry and maintenance.
- Data validation: review and check data requests, resolve exceptions.
- Data input: enter master, operational and financial data to support timely business execution and customer and carrier experiences.
- Data verification: audit and check data for errors or inconsistencies to ensure accuracy.
- Data cleanup: clean up data and update existing records.
- Reporting: generate basic reports or summaries as requested to support decision‑making.
- Financial processing: execute weekly and monthly financial processes and associated management.
- Communication: effectively communicate on roadblocks and outcomes.
- Troubleshooting: handle initial troubleshooting of queries.
- Stakeholder collaboration: engage internal stakeholders and team to create timely outcomes.
Qualifications
- Aware of transport and/or supply chain industry.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a rapid‑paced working environment.
- High level of data entry accuracy and timeliness.
- Computer literacy, including spreadsheets and data (Google Sheets & Excel).
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills for handling large volumes of files and data.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with team members.
