Catalano & Co Baldivis is looking for a Chef/Cook to join our team. Valid work visa or appropriate work authorization in Australia is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Competent on grill, pans and pass
- Capable of handling busy services, particularly breakfast
- Willing to learn our systems and implement changes as needed
- Express leadership qualities and may be in charge of others in the kitchen, including basic ordering of produce
- Prep work and knife skills are required
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of commercial kitchen experience
- Valid work visa or appropriate work authorization in Australia
Schedule & Compensation
Varying hours available – 20 up to 30/40 hours per week. Full availability is required on weekdays, nights,
weekend days, and nights. Shifts will vary and are typically on a roster supplied 4–8 weeks in advance.
Hourly rate/Salary is versatile and negotiable depending on skill level. Casual or full‑time work is offered.
