What you'll own

- Build backend applications in a cloud-first environment.
- Solve complex engineering challenges and deliver high-quality software at pace.
- Develop innovative AI-driven features and automation solutions.
- Drive modern engineering practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

What you'll bring

- Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, leveraging them across development, documentation, code reviews and engineering workflows.
- Strong backend development experience in .NET, Java or similar object-oriented languages. The team is open on technology background and values strong engineering capability, problem-solving skills and learning agility over experience in a specific tech stack.
- Solid product mindset and engineering fundamentals,



with a passion for quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions, ideally within AWS environments.
- Comfortable taking ownership, solving complex technical problems and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities move quickly and outcomes matter.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
