Overview

Personal Carer – Permanent Part‑time position located in Bundaberg and surrounding areas. Remuneration of $36.32 per hour plus superannuation, salary packaging, travel reimbursement and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

- Deliver personal and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, including showering, hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
- Support clients on their individualised Care Plan, assisting with mobility, medication reminders and social interaction.
- Facilitate community‑based recreational and social activities to enhance independence and quality of life.
- Provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate client needs and service outcomes to the care team.

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence (green provisional or higher) and a roadworthy, insured vehicle for work purposes.
- Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.




- Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.
