IT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual) – Adelaide

We are currently looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to provide on-call/freelance onsite support in Adelaide, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform Windows operating system installations, upgrades, and re-imaging.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Respond to service requests promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Document all support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
- Strong hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Valuable understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
- Experience with operating system deployment, imaging, and break‑fix support.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite assignments.
