You’ll keep the office running smoothly — the steady, organised presence that lets our support and coordination teams focus on participants. From answering phones and managing files, to data entry and supporting NDIS claiming, you’re the dependable backbone of Superior Care.
This role also extends into compliance support — helping maintain the records, policies, registers, and audit-trail documentation that keep SCS in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements. Compliance is a meaningful part of the role, not just a side task.
Part‑time, 9am–5pm, minimum 3 days per week with flexibility on which days suit you. Office‑based with some flexibility for work-from‑home days. You’ll be part of a friendly office team that values reliability, a calm head under pressure, and a positive attitude.
