We currently have multiple casual cleaning positions to fill at Alkimos Beach Primary School. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Casual cleaners needed – shifts 14:30 – 18:30 Monday to Friday. Must reside within 15 km of Alkimos Beach Primary School and have flexibility; there is no set roster and possible morning shifts during term break 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of corridors, classrooms, change rooms
- Toilet cleaning
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in commercial cleaning is highly regarded but not required; full training will be provided.
- A valuable communicator who can follow instructions and is willing to learn.
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles.
- Flexibility to cover required shifts Monday to Friday (must be available all 5 days).
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Must prove work rights, complete pre‑employment medical check, apply for Department of Education clearance and reference checks.
