About the role

We're looking for an experienced Solution Developer who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This is not a pure coding role. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand problems, map processes, and design end‑to‑end solutions that integrate across ERP, CRM, and internal systems. You'll partner with a Solution Architect and be responsible for shaping, building, and delivering solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Translate business needs into functional designs and system workflows
- Design and develop integrated solutions across multiple platforms (ERP, CRM, APIs)
- Build and support system integrations (APIs, messaging, middleware)
- Lead or contribute to process mapping, workshops, and solution design sessions
- Support UAT, documentation, training, and solution rollout
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business

Core experience





- Strong .NET / C# development background
- Experience working with SQL Server, APIs, and up-to-date integration patterns
- Exposure to integration platforms or middleware (e.g. BizTalk, Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services)
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Epicor, Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM)

Essential experience

- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.)
- Design end‑to‑end solutions, not just individual components
- Understand and design data flows across systems
- Take ownership across the full solution lifecycle (design → build → test → deliver)
