- Create and manage detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations to clearly communicate design intent and project requirements with our partnered consultants.

- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that all retail design projects align with business needs, budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with external architects, consultants, landlords and contractors as required.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Revit families, templates and documentation standards.
- Apply knowledge of "store of the future" design principles and methodologies in creating and proposing new store design concepts that address evolving customer behaviours, retail trends and technological advancements.
- Drive every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to project completion, ensuring designs meet brand standards, regulatory compliance and operational needs.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project timelines and business priorities.
- Regularly review and refine store designs for continuous improvement, incorporating feedback from store operations, customers and market insights.
- Travel as required for project execution and site visits across all phases of the project lifecycle.
