About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Planning Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of high quality, person‑centered support to our customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring participant supports are effectively planned, compliant and aligned with individual needs and funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Create schedules to ensure the delivery of person‑centered, high quality supports to our participants
- Interpret SCHADS Award (and other relevant instruments) to ensure compliant rostering and cost management
- Consult with staff and managers to support effective rostering outcomes and workforce engagement
- Effectively manage your time and priorities to ensure deliverables are met within required timeframes
- Develop staff schedules that ensure meaningful staff engagement and meaningful employment
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets participant needs
About You
- Strong understanding of the SCHADS Award and workforce planning principles
- Experience in rostering within the disability, aged care, or community services sector
- High level of resilience and ability to thrive in a rapid‑paced environment
- Proven ability to manage your time, priorities and working relationships to consistently meet deliverables
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
