Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic media, briefings & comms aligned to Defence priorities.
- Draft clear, concise messaging & senior briefs in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, & timely communications.
- Draft and coordinate media materials such as press releases, talking points, and responses to media enquiries.
- Deliver brief writing while maintaining alignment with organisational priorities and reputational considerations.
- Prepare concise, accurate, and well‑structured briefs for senior leaders.
- Transform complex information into clear recommendations, key messages, and risk considerations to support effective decision‑making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong collaborative approach with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency, and manage competing priorities in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
