The Perioperative Manager leads and supports a multidisciplinary team, oversees staff rostering and performance, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care. This role collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing teams, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization. The position also involves monitoring quality and safety indicators, managing budgets and equipment needs, and contributing to strategic planning for perioperative services.

Qualifications

- Strong perioperative and clinical leadership skills, including experience overseeing operating theatres and surgical services.
- Demonstrated capability in staff management, team development, and building a team-oriented, high-performance culture.
