TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description

This permanent, full‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Specifics

Set up is in the hall - set up pack down. Resources are located in the shed which is where the office is also located. Plenty of outdoor space with equipment and a oval. Designated kitchen and storage for food prep. Small service.

Shift Schedule

- Before school care: 7am-9am
- After school care: 2pm-6.15pm
- Admin hours: 6.75
- Total hours: 38

The Role

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you’ll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart.
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a can’t attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun.




- All successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
