Anglicare Sydney invites applications for a Pastoral Care Worker to deliver Christian pastoral care in the homes of older Australians across Sydney's Northern Beaches. You will visit clients regularly, build relationships, and offer spiritual support to help them stay connected to faith, community and purpose.

You will work with chaplains, care teams and partners to provide holistic, person-centred support; participate in prayer, Bible reading and faith‑based encouragement; and document care
