The successful applicant will prepare and bake a wide range of fresh bread and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and production efficiency.
Responsibilities include weighing ingredients, mixing, kneading, moulding, operating ovens and mixers, monitoring fermentation, setting oven times, and recording production data.
