Job Summary

Night Shift Supervisor (Full Time, Brisbane Airport location) reporting to the Station Manager. The role is responsible for driving sales, customer service excellence, and financial performance of the station during nighttime operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPIs, optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability.
- Effectively control station costs according to set budgets.




- Ensure compliance with company damage policies to reduce risk and cost.
- Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region.
- Exceed and surpass customer service expectations.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures.

Qualifications

- Experience in a supervisory, team leader, or management position.
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Experience with reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets.
- Experience working with KPIs.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work a 7‑day rotating shift roster.
- Full driver’s licence.
- Full Australian work rights.
